Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Items that are marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days with further instructions. Please do not send your item back without first obtaining a return authorization from us.
Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
